All over the world, the number of deaf and hearing-impaired individuals is very high and it continues to increase. Besides deafness, hearing problems can affect the ability to learn spoken language and create difficulties with social interaction. In addition, for some people, particularly elderly people, deafness and hearing loss can result in loneliness.

There are efforts to develope solutions to facilitate the life of deaf and hearing-impaired people. Despite this fact, the current technologies are not providing enough, effective and complete solution to the main needs for the integration of these individuals into their everday life.

Deaf's main requirement is to feel the critical sounds in their specific environment. Thanks to IoT technology, "IoT VISION Hear Me!" alerts deaf when there is a sound in their home; like doorbell, door knock, baby cry, security alarm, tablet and phone ring.
